Concept Overview

No daemon

Runs inline as short-lived `node` invocations. No background process, no service registration, removable by deleting files.

Atomic per-unit commits

Every Milestone, Slice, Task, Todo and Backlog-move maps to one git commit. `np:undo` and `np:undo-task` are mechanical `git revert` operations.

Multi-runtime

One source tree and one install payload serve fourteen host CLIs. Workflows and agents are portable Markdown; runtime-specific glue lives in adapters.
